"Fantastic Software with Top-Notch Support"
As an American who fell victim to a scam in real estate down in Mexico, I found myself in a bit of a bind. I needed to have all my iCloud emails related to that mess translated by a judicial translator. Getting those 245 emails to the translator in a clear format (like chronological order) was a challenge for me. Thankfully, the 24/7 tech support rep jumped in and took control of my computer, handling about 95% of the work needed to get everything sorted out. The technician showed incredible patience and kindness, even when we hit some routine computer hiccups that had nothing to do with the software itself. The software (SysInfo iCloud Email Backup Tool) delivers on all its promises and offers various formats. My only other option was to print out all those emails, which would have taken over 5 hours, wasted a ton of paper, and risked messing up the integrity of the digital evidence. Thanks to SysInfo iCloud Email Backup, that issue is resolved, and now the judicial translator has a digital copy of the evidence, ready to translate it. The court will see that it’s a true and accurate record of the fraud I experienced. Now, I just need to secure a fair trial. Big thanks to SysInfo! I HIGHLY recommend this tool for anyone needing to transfer emails from one format or app to another. It really works!!

"Assistance with SysInfoTools PDF Restriction Remover"
Regarding the SysInfoTools PDF Restriction Remover, I purchased this software back in 2021. Activation of the license went smoothly, and my experience was quite positive. Just two days ago, after a Windows crash, I needed to reinstall the software. I reached out to their online support, and they sorted me out in less than five minutes. I really don’t get the 'scam' remarks from some other users, as the software does exactly what it’s supposed to do—removing passwords. The only thing I’ve noticed is that in the earlier version 3 I had, it would prompt for a password when adding a file. However, in the current version 22.1, even if there’s no open password on the PDF, you still have to input a password for the file to be added, but after that, it functions just fine.

"Terrible product and customer service"
This is just plain awful! I shelled out cash for software that keeps crashing. The support team is no help at all. Do yourself a favor and steer clear if possible.

Update: I'm now on my third software choice and had to downgrade my office just to make it function. I'd give the support a 1 out of 5 for sure. Still think it's best to avoid this one. I wouldn't have gone ahead with it if I hadn't already paid.

"Frustrated with Email to Spreadsheet Conversion"
I was looking to convert my emails into a spreadsheet, and they claimed their app could handle it. Technically, it does, but it’s a real mess. For $29, I expected a straightforward solution, but what I got was a total headache. A lot of the email senders are missing, and the content of most emails is either cut off or just gone. The app was terrible, and to top it off, I didn’t like how the support team insisted I leave a review before I even got to use it. The rep wouldn’t share the license number until I provided a review. I was in a bind and made a poor choice. Seriously, steer clear of their apps.

I placed my order for the software back in November 2019. The demo ran smoothly. However, I was never able to receive the link from the company to download the software. I'm working on that today.

PST to PDF Converter. This tool is just awesome for sorting and saving emails as PDFs, and it’s super fast as well. Make sure to verify that the demo version is the final one you need to use.

"Excellent Customer Service with Quick Response"
When I reached out through the chatbox, they jumped right in to help fix my issue. They guided me through logging in and downloading the correct software to back up my emails by taking control of my device using Zozo.

However, I did have a bit of a concern when the assistant insisted I leave a review right away. They asked where I was from and even requested a screenshot of my review in the chat, which meant they would still have control over my device until I submitted it. I get that they were just eager to help, but it did make me a little uneasy. I'm still figuring out how to make sure they no longer have access to my device.

I'm in the process of testing the software and will update this review once I finish.

So far, it looks like the backup is working well, but there's a hiccup with the file numbering (the date format is yyyy-dd-mm), which makes it tricky to keep files in order.

Also, I can't figure out how to back up my AOL folders. I checked all the boxes, but I'm not sure if the folders are included until the backup is done.

Update: The folders didn’t get backed up, so on October 14th, I hit up the chat box again for assistance. The assistant was quick to offer remote help. I was a bit on edge as they zipped around my screen, checking all my email folders online, then refreshed my Thunderbird app. I felt bad for being skeptical because they kept going despite my hesitation about them controlling my screen. And guess what? My folders finally showed up in Thunderbird and in Sysinfo’s backup software! Total win!!

I had to switch my activation code to run the software on my Mac instead of Windows. The online help was fantastic and managed to sort it out for me in no time, getting me back on track.

"Download link issues"
I had a problem with the SysInfoTools Mac MBOX Exporter Tool (Admin license) where the download link just wouldn’t work. But support was super quick to fix it and got me back on track. I also learned that you need to have 2-factor authentication enabled to see the App password in the security settings. Big shoutout to the support team, much appreciated!
